New ISPL Office opened in Shiraz

Shiraz-The new Office of the Society for the Promotion of Persian Language and Literature in Shiraz Branch (Fars Province) was opened with the participation of a number of university professors in the language and literature department of the University of Shiraz.

 

The official opening ceremony of the Office for the Promotion of Persian Language and Literature in the Branch of Fars Province (Shiraz Branch) was held in the presence of a group of university professors in the language and literature department of the University of Shiraz on the morning of Wednesday

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Gostasbi Rad, head of the Shiraz University, Dr Mirbagheri Fard, Director of the Association for the Promotion of Persian Language and Literature, and secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology's Human Sciences and Arts Poles, Dr Kanoodooi, Member of the Board of Directors, and Dr Hasanli, Researcher, University Professor and familiar face of Hafez. At the meeting, Dr Gashbasbi Rad, head of the Shiraz University, expressed his satisfaction with the official participation of the Association for Promotion at the University of Shiraz and the southern region, supporting any move to expand Persian language and promote its status

Dr. Mirbagheri Fard also spoke about the activities of the association and the need to preserve and protect the Persian language as a national duty

Dr. Hassanli also expressed his hope that the activities of this office would be more interactive than all the lovers and scholars of Persian literature
